Who We Are?

Education For Youth is a not-for-profit organization working in India for over 5 years, focusing on alleviating poverty and social injustice. We do this through well planned and comprehensive projects in health, education, livelihoods and disaster preparedness and response. Our overall goal is the empowerment of women and girls from poor and marginalised communities leading to improvement in their lives and livelihoods.
During 2016-2022, Education For Youth directly reached out to 8500 Hundred people through 80 projects across 12 states, covering more than 35 districts.
The NGO’s Platform for Social Action is an organization of state, private, non-denominational and non-profit that works to promote the full development of social and civil rights of the most vulnerable and unprotected groups in our country and strengthens the Third Sector of Social Ambit.

Our prime aim is to welcome all the children who have been in need of studying but have not been educated for socio- economic reasons. Our organization will eliminate all forms oi discrimination when it comes to providing education to the youth in order to provide them with etiquettes and values. Social values and ethics are important pillars of an overall development of youth.

Our mission is purported to provide education also to those who left schooling for reasons of poverty, lack of resources. etc; and aim to fulfill this dream of educating by conducting our own classes and schools

  • * Equality. Social justice and non-discrimination, for the construction of a society in which all people have their social space.
  • * Commitment to social transformation, orientation to people, vindication, defense of rights and adaptation to change to meet the needs and expectations of the recipients of the action.
  • * Coherence between the agreements adopted and the capacity of their compliance in an honest and responsible manner.
  • * Promote the conditions so that the freedom and equality of the individual and of the groups in which it is integrated are real and effective.
  • * Eliminate obstacles that hinder or hinder the fullness of people.
  • * Contribute to social inclusion and cohesion and fight to combat situations of marginalization and social discrimination.

National Building is a multidimensional concept, and it involves the active participation of its citizens in various walks of life. A strong and powerful nation is built on dedication and hard work of its citizens. There are various facets of Nation building among which the most important ones at this moment in time seem to be tapping the potential of its human resource, reducing the social and economic disparity that exists in the society and creating an enabling environment, wherein individuals can live freely and attain their best in life.
Education For Youth has strated an initiative in building nationhood among the community by celebrating National Holidays Commemorating Historic & other patriotic events. EFY imparts the spirit of national integration to children celebrating national days and festivals. Events are celebrated with joy and happiness followed with competition, debates, art and craft and culture performances by community people.
